These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 97prk ("97prk", "we", "us", " "our", "Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://97prk.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality offered through the platform.

97prk is an English-language online betting and live casino information platform designed for Pakistani users. The platform covers sports betting, cricket markets, live casino games and responsible gambling guidance. By accessing or using 97prk in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

97prk does not hold a Pakistani gambling license. The platform operates under a license issued by the relevant authority in the jurisdiction where 97prk is registered. Pakistani users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of this platform complies with all applicable local laws, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit or placing a bet, you unconditionally accept these Terms and any additional policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting support.

These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules applicable to individual games, sports markets or promotional offers. In the event of a conflict, the specific rules applicable to a particular product or promotion will take precedence over these general Terms for that specific product or promotion only.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on 97prk, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times during which your Account remains open:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local, national or international law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You do not already hold an existing active or self-excluded Account on the Platform. Only one Account per person, household, IP address and device is permitted.
• You have not previously had an Account terminated by 97prk for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer or agent of 97prk or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries or service providers, nor a close family member of such a person.
• All personal information you provide is accurate, current and complete.

97prk reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close an existing Account at any time if, in its sole reasonable judgment, a User does not meet or ceases to meet any of the above eligibility criteria.

To access the full features of the Platform you must register an Account by providing accurate personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

5.1 Accurate Information

You must provide truthful, accurate and complete information at the time of registration and keep that information updated at all times. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

5.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered Account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 97prk reserves the right to close all such accounts, void any pending bets and withhold bonus funds associated with those accounts.

5.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. You must not share your username, password or any other login credentials with any third party. If you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 97prk support immediately. 97prk will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

5.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

97prk may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card (CNIC), passport, proof of address or bank statement. Withdrawals will not be processed until the applicable KYC requirements have been satisfied. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in Account suspension.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 97prk Platform. Any User found to be engaging in any of the conduct described below will be subject to immediate Account suspension, cancellation of pending bets, forfeiture of bonus funds and referral to the relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of match fixing, spot fixing or corruption of sporting events, including PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments, or any other market offered on the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or technical faults to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation are void.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino or any other multi-player game format.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting patterns to clear wagering requirements, or placing offsetting bets designed to extract bonus value without genuine risk.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, in breach of applicable laws.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your Account on your behalf.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party, or acting as an agent for any betting syndicate.

All bets placed on 97prk are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market and event type. The following general rules apply to all bets:

7.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only confirmed and valid once you have received an unambiguous bet confirmation from the Platform, typically in the form of a bet ID or confirmation screen. 97prk reserves the right to void or restrict any bet placed at odds that are manifestly erroneous due to technical error or human error ("Palpable Error"). Users may not knowingly exploit Palpable Errors.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the relevant betting interface. Limits may vary by market, sport, event and Account tier. 97prk reserves the right to alter bet limits at any time without prior notice.

7.3 Abandoned and Postponed Events

Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled before the relevant result is determined, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport. In most cases, stakes will be returned unless a specific outcome has already been determined prior to the interruption.

7.4 Cricket Markets

Cricket betting on the Platform covers PSL fixtures, ICC T20 and ODI tournaments, bilateral Test series and domestic Pakistani competitions. Specific cricket betting rules, including rules for rain interruptions under the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method, are published in the Cricket Betting Rules document within the Platform's Help section. Pakistani cricket fans betting on national team fixtures, including matches played in Lahore, Karachi and Rawalpindi, are subject to those specific rules.

7.5 Live / In-Play Betting

Live in-play bets may be delayed by a short processing period to prevent exploitation of live data latency. 97prk reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time. Bets placed during a market suspension will be void.

8.1 Deposits

To place bets or access real-money casino games, you must first deposit funds into your Account. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the cashier. All deposits are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) or the currency designated at account creation. Payment methods referenced on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited for informational context only. Actual availability of any specific payment method must be confirmed within the live cashier interface. 97prk does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment provider and does not imply any endorsement, affiliation or partnership with these institutions.

8.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the cashier. 97prk reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests that trigger AML review may be delayed pending the outcome of that review.

8.3 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly. They must first be converted to withdrawable real-money funds by satisfying the applicable wagering requirements as described in Section 9. Real-money deposits are generally withdrawable at any time subject to KYC completion, except where they have been used to satisfy an active bonus wagering requirement.

8.4 Transaction Records

A full record of all deposits, withdrawals and bet transactions is available within your Account history. You should review this regularly and notify 97prk support promptly if you identify any discrepancy.

97prk may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotions from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only and cannot be claimed by users who are self-excluded or whose accounts are under review.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per person, household, IP address and device unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify how many times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit, as stated in the specific terms) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements are stated in multiples (e.g., 30x).
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are published in the specific bonus terms. As a general guide, sports bets and live casino games may contribute differently from slots.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute any Platform content without prior written consent from 97prk.
• Modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any Platform content for commercial purposes or on behalf of any third party.
• Remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices on Platform content.

Unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence. 97prk's name, logo and associated branding are registered trademarks and may not be used without prior written authorisation.

97prk is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to providing tools that help users manage their betting activity. Gambling should be an entertaining activity, not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

The following Responsible Gambling tools are available to all registered users within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when your gambling session has reached a defined duration.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.

Without limiting the foregoing, 97prk expressly excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform or any of its services, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account or data.
• Any third-party conduct, including but not limited to payment service providers, game suppliers or data feed providers.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with applicable laws, including Pakistani gambling legislation.
• Technical failures, including internet connectivity issues affecting your ability to place or settle bets.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

97prk reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 97prk will provide reasonable notice by posting a notice on the Platform, sending an email to the registered address associated with your Account, or both.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date on which the most recent changes came into effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 97prk recommends bookmarking this page and checking it whenever you return to the Platform after a period of absence.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 97prk holds its operating license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes relating to their existence, validity or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal dispute proceedings, Users are encouraged to contact 97prk support in the first instance in order to seek an informal resolution. 97prk will use reasonable endeavours to resolve complaints promptly and fairly.

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation. Where any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
